R.E.A.C.H.4.C (non-profit) organization. Our goal is to provide supportive services to those who are victors of sexual abuse and domestic violence. These services include, but are not limited to transitional housing, counseling and career planning, transportation and bus passes to those in need and to those who want to impact the world for the better.
Here in California many of the homeless people no matter what city they live in are sent to Santa Ana. Now this city has become the dumping ground for everyone. This is a harsh statement but it’s true. They have drug, sex ex-offenders, ex-cons, mental and financial hardship all rolled up into one and deported to Santa Ana. Those who have lost their home during the flood or fires, if they don’t have the funds to build again, where do you think they’re going to go? I was told by some of the women that they must urinate or defecate on themselves just to appear unattractive to predators.
In this transitional housing development, each room will have there own small microwave, a small refrigerator and bed. Down stairs there will be a large size kitchen where majority of the meals will be provided. Each application will not be based upon there credit but the ability to gain meaningful employment.
Homeless lives matter just as much as anyone else’s. These people come from all walks of life, people like you and I, “OH but for the grace of God, their go I”.
